Who we are
Somcity Aesthetic is an aesthetic and skincare clinic in Mogadishu, Somalia. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use this website, contact us on WhatsApp or visit the clinic.
What we collect
When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any message you choose to send. At the clinic, our medical staff record your health information, treatment notes and, with your permission, clinical photographs.
How we use it
We use your information to arrange and confirm appointments, provide and record your treatment, send reminders you have agreed to, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use your photographs for marketing without your separate written consent.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled through WhatsApp, a service of Meta. Our automatic assistant can answer simple questions and take booking requests; medical questions are passed to our staff. You can ask to speak to a person at any time, and you can reply STOP to stop reminders.
Who can see it
Only clinic staff who need it for your care can see your information, and access is limited by role. Medical notes and photos are restricted to clinical staff. We use trusted service providers to host our systems securely.
How long we keep it
We keep medical records for as long as needed for your care and as required by law. Booking requests that do not lead to an appointment are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for reminders, by contacting us on WhatsApp or at the clinic. Some medical records may need to be kept for legal or safety reasons.
